Pylenin Weekly #5
How to identify and build relevant skills that is in huge demand in the current market?

Hello everyone,
Welcome to Issue #5 of Pylenin Weekly. If you remember, I had shared an article on 10 common Python string methods in Pylenin Weekly #2. This week, I have updated the article to have 44 string methods with relevant examples and explanation. Check out the article here or click on the link below.

This week, I want to talk a little bit about skill building. If you google, you can find hundreds of articles on how to improve your programming skills. But they are very generic and don't really provide you with specific details.
Here is what I want to offer you!
How to identify skills that are in demand in the current market?
Here is a step-by-step process.
- Go to Linkedin.com and find the job that you would consider as your dream job.
- Once you have found the job, check out the skills mentioned for this job profile.
- Analyze which skills you already have and skill sthat you don't have! These are the skills you need to focus on.
- Once you have identified the skills, find out the best sources to learn these new skills.
Try to implement this process and see how much it helps you in your personal skill development.
Finally, I am hosting a space on Twitter on 5th February, 2022. I will talk about searching and applying for Work from home jobs in 2022 and how to make it a long term career opportunity.
